Nakusp Hot Springs

The Nakusp Hot Springs are known as the hidden paradise of Kootenay Rockies, and for very good reasons. It´s located 7 miles from the town of Nakusp, where the natural hot springs are surrounded by a delightful scenery of mountains, white waters and forests.
It is the perfect spot to take a break from daily routine, and relax in the warm mineral water pools, rejuvenating mind and body.
The mineral hot waters runs through a pipe line 1/2 mile long, from the source through Kuskanax river, to the pools. The temperatures of the pools are 100ºF and 108ºF. You can also find a camping place, with electricity and a tent area for the more adventurous travelers. Mountain bike and trekking are the top activities, along with walks through the old forests.
