Toronto Islands

TorontoislandsToronto Islands is a small island chain in Toronto harbor and home of a small residential community, with an airport, miles of bike trails, picnic grounds and even a clothing-optional beach, Hanlan's Point Beach. Don't miss the Gibraltar Point lighthouse, dates from 1808, and according to the legend it is haunted by its first keeper, J.P. Radan Muller, who disappeared one day in 1815 and his skeletal remains were found years later, by next keeper. It is believed that the first keeper was beaten to death by soldiers from nearby Fort York
